Refund policy
Returns
We want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item to Timber & Wave within 15 days of your original purchase date, unless it was part of a sale or promotion. Unfortunately, all sales or discounted items are final, and there are no refunds.

Please keep in mind the following points:
- Currently, we are not offering direct exchanges. However, you can return items for a refund and place a new order.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise. Additionally, it may take an extra 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.
- Timber and Wave / Bespoke Of California reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we are unable to change or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
